My career started as a Med/Surg floor nurse at North Baldwin Infirmary shortly after I took a position as a float pool nurse working in all departments at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center. At SBRMC I quickly advanced to house supervisor, then to Cardiac Telemetry manager, and eventually transitioned to the ER Manager of their Level II Trauma Center. It was there that I decided to further my education and while working full time I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After Graduation I worked at Family Practice Clinic in Pensacola for several years, and from there transitioned into the long-term care setting. Now I have over 13 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and with such demand from my outpatient clients I decided to open our clinic Premier Family Care Clinic in 2017. Currently I split my time between the clinic and my long-term care facilities.

I worked night shift while completing my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Master’s of Nursing program at USA. I stayed in L&D and taught as an adjunct faculty member until I accepted a full-time faculty position in the Maternal Department at USACON. After 2 years, I was eager to begin my career as a NP. I accepted a job with a private OB/Gyn practice in Fairhope where I practiced there for 14 years.
I am so excited about joining Premier Family Care Clinic and starting this new chapter in my career.

Determined to expand my role in health care, I began working towards my master of science in nursing degree while continuing to work as a RN at SBRMC. After graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020, I quickly fulfilled the role with a focus on pain management. I travel between Mobile and Pensacola each week to our various outpatient pain management clinics. I’ve had the opportunity of joining Kelly and her awesome staff part time at Premier Family Care Clinic to provide primary health care in the outpatient clinic and at long term care facilities.
