On-Site Ultrasound Services
Now offering onsite ultrasound services every Thursday. Complete the attached order form and fax over to our office at 251-626-6758. Our medical coordinator will reach out and get you scheduled for your procedure.
Cardio Scan
The Cardioscan includes an Echo, Carotid Artery Duplex, Lower Extremity Arterial Duplex, and Aorta-Iliac Duplex. These scans are usually covered by insurance and we will verify coverage before the procedure. If you are not our primary care patient have your provider send over an order for this excellent screening test.
