Requirements to participate are strictly enforced 

Your BMI must be greater than 30 or 27 with 2 comorbid conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, uncontrolled glucose levels.

You have to be established as a primary care patient in order to participate in our weight loss program. 

Weight loss services are not covered by insurance. There are some instances where you can qualify for coverage of medications if certain parameter's are met, but weight loss in general is not covered under insurance benefits. 

 Listed, is the CASH PAY weight loss medication option that can be used alone or in combination with our lipotropic injections. Please note: You do have to be an established primary care patient in order to do any weight loss. 

•  Semaglutide(Ozempic, Wegovy)-OUR MOST POPULAR PROGRAM great option for patients with metabolic syndrome. This is a once weekly subcutaneous injection that affects your appetite hormone ghrelin. This medication helps to lower appetite and decrease gastric motility so you stay fuller longer. This does require a prescription.  Some insurances do cover and if you have insurance, we will check coverage for you before you start a cash pay program. You must follow up monthly until you get to a stable dose.

 Tirezepatid (Mounjaro, Zepbound)- great option for patients with metabolic syndrome. This is a once weekly subcutaneous injection that is a dual receptor agonist. This medication helps to lower appetite and decrease gastric motility so you stay fuller longer but due to its dual receptor  it seems to be a little more effective. This does require a prescription.  Some insurances do cover and if you have insurance, we will check coverage for you before you start a cash pay program. You must follow up monthly until you get to a stable dose.

Wellbutrin+Naltraxone (Contrave)- this is an oral form of medication used for weight loss.  This drug works as an appetite suppressant, and it reduces cravings. Pricing varies.

Phentermine (Adipex)-this is an appetite suppressant and can only be used for short periods for weight loss.  Pricing varies.

Qysmia-(topiramate+phentermine)-works by decreasing the appetite, and by increasing the amount of energy used by the body or affecting certain parts of the brain. Pricing varies.

Information on Lipotropic (fat burning) Injections 

MICC- is a special lipotropic fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, and B12. Each of these ingredients help the body turn fat into energy and are also powerful antioxidants. MICC injections are often used in weight loss regimens as well as to promote healthy cell function and increased energy. *Recommended Dosage: 1ML intramuscularly weekly
